Mr. K. Mohan Kuppusamy, born on June 2, 1959, established the company on October 17, 1984. His entrepreneurial vision laid a strong foundation in the yarn manufacturing industry, setting the stage for future growth.
In 2016, leadership transitioned to the next generation under the stewardship of Mr. Dhayanithi Mohan, who currently serves as the Managing Director.
